Under the pseudonym of Sky Song, I founded Skyward Song Cosplay in 2015 and built a following on Facebook and Instagram. I was known for my attention to detail and foam armor skills.
I created my own version of characters I loved from pop culture and was able to share my creations with the world at various conventions around the country.

Merida from Disney's Brave. I made the dress and bow, myself.

Armored Chibi Moon from Sailor Moon as imagined by artist NoFlutter. This was my first costume with armor and debuted with a complete group of armored Sailor Scouts. I constructed the foam armor, corset, skirt, mace, and wig.

Female Jon Snow from Game of Thrones. Another foam armor project with significantly more detail. This armor was my first original design for a character.
Elizabeth Comstock from BioShock: Infinite. The skirt was patterned and sewn by me, I modified the shirt collar and cuffs, hand painted a ribbon necklace, and sewed the chiffon scarf and hair bow.

Mystic Trainer from Pokemon Go. Another sewing project! I constructed the main suit and jacket, bedazzled the back of the jacket, and painted the hat.

Armored Vaporeon from Pokemon. This was another original armor design. I dyed and styled the wig, crafted each piece of armor, dyed the corset, made all of my jewelry, and crafted a sword.

Retro Snow White. I reimagined Snow White as a woman living in the 1950's and created the skirt and top, then paired with matching accessories.
Lone Survivor from Fallout 4. For this costume, my focus was on prop making. I created over 20 props to go with this costume to make it as true as possible to the source material.
